We at WyzeMedia LLC (“WyzeMedia LLC” “we,” “us,” and/or “our”), have created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) because we want you to know how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy relates to the information and use practices of WyzeMedia LLC in connection our website www.WyzeMedia.com (the “Website”) and our mobile application (the “App” and, together with the Website, the “Platform”).
By accessing our Platform, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Service, which collectively make up the “Terms.”
What we collect and how we use it
In the course of operating the Platform, and/or interacting with you, we will collect and use the following types of information. You authorize us to collect and use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Contact information
When you contact us through the “Get In Touch, Email Subscribe, Chat Bot” link, sign up for our newsletters, connect with us through LinkedIn or any social media page, or subscribe to our services, you will be asked to provide certain information which may include typical business contact information such as your name, business name and address, company title, email, and phone number.
When you elect to interact with WyzeMedia LLC through a link or advertisement that appears on a social media network, such as LinkedIn, business contact information from your social media profile, such as name, phone number, email address, company, and title, may auto-populate on a lead generation form provided by us or such social media network. If you connect with us in this manner, you are authorizing WyzeMedia LLC to collect, store, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, all information that you agreed that such social media platform could provide to us through such form and their application programming interface. All contact information we collect under this section is collectively called “Contact Information.”
Typically, we do not collect Contact Information from you unless you provide us with the Contact Information voluntarily either directly or through a third party (for example, by subscribing to our services, sending us an email directly, signing up for our newsletter, or interacting with us through our Platform or social media). While we shall use your information pursuant to this Privacy Policy, the use of social media networks (e.g., when you submit information through one of our advertisements that appears on a social media page) is also subject to such social media networks’ own terms of use and privacy policies. The Contact Information is used to provide the requested service or information and to contact you for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future services.
Billing information
In order to purchase a Subscription to our Services, you may be required to provide certain additional information which may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing address and zip code, verification code, and similar information (“Billing Information”). Such Billing Information will be collected and processed by our third-party payment vendor pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use, and we do not obtain access to any Billing Information.

In addition to the Contact Information, we may collect additional information (collectively, “Other Information”). Such Other Information may include:
Usage Information. In an ongoing effort to improve the Platform, we automatically collect certain information regarding the activity of visitors to our Platform. This information includes the device from which you access the Platform, your IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Platform you visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Platform.
From Cookies. We, and/or third-party service providers, collect information using “cookie” technology. Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s or mobile device’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit to our Platform. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to help us collect information and to enhance your experience using the Platform. If you do not want us to place a cookie on your hard drive, you may be able to turn that feature off on your computer or mobile device. Mobile SDKs. The App, like many mobile applications, uses software development kits (“SDKs”), including those from third-parties, to track analytics (e.g., analyzing App usage and user event data) in order to optimize and personalize the App experience. The App may also use geolocation services, either provided by the operating system’s location services or an SDK, to enable certain features, such as finding venues closest to your device or for additional analytics information.
Third-Party Analytics. We may use one or more third-party analytics services to evaluate your use of the Platform, compile reports on activity, collect demographic data, analyze performance metrics, and collect and evaluate other information relating to the Platform. These third parties use cookies and/or other technologies (including SDKs) to help analyze and provide us the data. By accessing and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of data about you by these analytics providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Please be advised that if you opt out of any service, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Platform.

information collected by or through third-party advertisers
You authorize us to share Other Information about you with third parties, including, but not limited to, advertising and remarketing providers, or other brand partners, for purposes of personalizing or otherwise understanding how you engage with ads or other content. These third parties may use cookies, pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs), or other technologies to collect Other Information in furtherance of such purposes, including to tailor, target (i.e., behavioral, contextual, retargeting, and remarketing), analyze, report on, and/or manage advertising campaigns or other initiatives. For example, when a browser visits a site, pixel tags enable such third-parties to recognize certain cookies stored within the browser to learn which ads or other content bring a user to a given site. How we use and share the information
You authorize us to use the Contact Information and the Other Information (collectively, “Information”) to provide the Platform and our services and to improve the same; to solicit your feedback; and to inform you about our products and services and those of our promotional partners.
You also authorize us to use and/or share Information as described below.
We may share Information with or to other companies, who may provide you information about the products and services they or their partners offer. However, to the extent required by law, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of such sharing.
We will access, use, and share the Information as required to provide our services to you and to address your questions or requests regarding our Platform, services, and/or support.
We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. How we protect your information
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that your Information will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet.
Communication preferences
You may manage your receipt of e-mail marketing communications by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of an applicable WyzeMedia LLC marketing e-mail. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner.
Important notices to non-u.s. residents
Our Platform and servers are located in the U.S. Please be aware that your Information may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside of the U.S. and choose to use the Platform, you hereby consent to such transfer to, and processing and use in, the U.S.
External websites
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of these websites. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those third-party websites. You should check the applicable third-party privacy policy and terms of use when visiting any other websites.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information, including Contact Information, from children under the age of 13 through the Platform. If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the Platform. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at admin@wyzemedia.com and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
Your california privacy rights
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with we may choose to opt out of our sharing your personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and (1) you wish to opt out; or (2) you wish to request certain information regarding our disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the direct marketing purposes, please send an e-mail to admin@wyzemedial.com
In addition, WyzeMedia LLC does not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.
Changes to this privacy policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on the Platform. By accessing the Platform after we make any such changes to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Please be aware that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, our use of Information is governed by the Privacy Policy in current effect. Please refer back to this Privacy Policy on a regular basis.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit our site (“Site”), we collect two types of information: personal information you actively choose to disclose (“Active Information”) and information not visible to you that arises out of your browsing of our Site (“Passive Information”). Please note that Passive Information is collected on an aggregate and anonymous basis.

Personally Identifiable Information
Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is information that identifies and is reasonably linked to you.
A. Registration
When you register to become an authorized reseller of our products or services, we will collect PII (which may include, but not limited to, names, address, email address, and telephone numbers). This PII is securely stored and may be accessed on our website. You are assigned an identification number and select your own password – both are needed to enter the Site and to access your Contact Information. Please safeguard your password in a secure location as we are not responsible for breaches into the system when access is willingly provided.
B. Ordering
When you place an order for products or services, we collect PII (e.g., name, contact and billing information, credit card, and other transactional information). We use this information to deliver your order, process payment, and to communicate the status of your order.
C. Credit and Debit Card Storage
Credit and debit card information collected at registration or for product orders is used only to process payment for the transaction and, generally, is not retained on our Site. However, you may voluntarily elect to securely store multiple credit cards to be used for product orders.
D. Surveys and Promotions
Occasionally, you may voluntarily provide PII to complete surveys and questionnaires or to participate in user polls. We use this information to improve our products and services and to ensure that we’re providing accurate disclosures. We may also use your PII to provide you newsletters and other marketing information that coincide with your preferences. You may customize your marketing preferences, or let us know if you do not wish to receive any promotional materials, by adjusting your Subscriptions & Email options on the Site.
Active Information You Choose to Provide
In order to gain use of the Site (become a “user”), we require you to disclose the following information: Name, Address and Phone Number
We use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect the transmission of the information you submit to us when you use our secure online forms. The information you provide to us is stored securely.

Aggregate Information

Such information would include the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website that referred you to our Site, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you surf the web), your operating system and browser type, and any search terms that you enter on our Site. What is a Cookie?

Receiving and Sharing of Information from and with Third Parties
We reserve the right to receive information about you from other third party sources, that help us update, expand and analyze our records and identify new customers.

Because of this, it’s possible some of your personal information may be shared with fraud prevention agencies.
